CreativeOps Tracker (the "Service") is a product of Nanobird Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CreativeOps is a creative team workflow management platform. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes, only on behalf of a legitimate organisation, and not to share your credentials with unauthorised individuals. Accounts found to be spam or created with false information will be removed without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. CreativeOps is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in the currency shown at checkout (e.g. USD or INR), through our payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. Applicable taxes are added or handled by the Merchant of Record as required.
We offer a free trial (length shown at signup). No payment information is required to start a trial. When a trial ends without an active paid subscription, your workspace moves to read-only mode — you can still view and export your data, but cannot create new projects or log new work until you upgrade. We may change trial length or eligibility at our discretion.
Because every plan can be evaluated free before payment, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for full details and how to request a refund.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or accounts, reverse engineering the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We reserve the right to apply reasonable usage limits, storage limits, API limits, or other safeguards necessary to ensure platform stability, security, and fair access for all users.
All software, design, code, and trademarks associated with CreativeOps and CreativeOpsTracker.com are the property of Nanobird Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The content and data you create in the Service remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service for you.
Customers retain full ownership of all content, files, projects, comments, reports, attachments, and other materials uploaded or created within the Service. CreativeOps Tracker does not claim ownership of customer content and processes such data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CreativeOps you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanobird Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Service. However, maintenance, updates, internet disruptions, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination you may request an export of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, which the parties will first attempt to resolve through good-faith negotiation.
